If you prefer external hosting, EMPEX can provide the agreed project handover materials and codebase transfer instead of Website Aftercare.

Does unused support time roll over?

No. The monthly support allowance is shared by content requests, routine fixes and support requests, and unused time does not roll over.

Can I request new features?

New pages, new features, redesigns, integrations and major development work are quoted separately before work begins.
