After we build your website or app, you can choose an optional aftercare package covering hosting, monitoring, backups, maintenance, support and ongoing improvements. If you prefer to host elsewhere, we can provide a professional project handover instead.
Website Aftercare is available only for websites and applications built by EMPEX DIGITAL. We no longer sell standalone hosting, support or maintenance for third-party or inherited projects.

Shared package rules
Aftercare only applies to EMPEX-built projects.
Monthly support time does not roll over.
Content requests, routine fixes and support requests share the same time allowance.
New pages, new features, redesigns and integrations are quoted separately.
Domain registration and renewals are separate unless included in writing.
Premium tools, cloud overages, email services and third-party licences may be billed separately.
Infrastructure is subject to the allowance defined in the proposal.

No. Standard Website Aftercare is only for projects designed and developed by EMPEX DIGITAL so quality, security and accountability remain clear.
Yes. Aftercare is optional. If you host elsewhere, EMPEX can provide a codebase transfer and agreed handover materials such as repository transfer notes, environment-variable checklist, database export guidance, deployment information and domain/DNS notes.
Domain ownership normally remains with the client. Domain registration and renewals are separate unless stated in writing.
A small content request is a straightforward text, image or existing-page content change that fits within the monthly time allowance. New pages, new sections, copywriting, custom graphics and functionality changes are quoted separately.
No. Monthly support time is a shared monthly allowance and unused time does not roll over to later months.
